Antonija Gros Studios

I have been learning to paint with Antonija for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. I have moved from having had zero experience to producing artwork using oils! Antonija's studio is such a beautiful, welcoming space and I love my sessions with her. My 12 year old also recently started learning to draw with Antonija and the lessons have reignited her love of art. I can't recommend Antonija's lessons enough!

My daughter is thoroughly enjoying her classes with Antonija as they are well structured and take place in a lovely studio.

Antonija’s art class is the highlight of my week. Yet more particularly, Antonija's instruction regarding the importance of posture, pace, breathing and pen techniques.Thanks so much Antonija… I'm now on my journey to developing the artistic calligraphy skills to add that special touch to the introductory pages of my Dad’s (passed) Condolence Book.So looking forward to the next lessons and the remainder of the course.Cannot recommend more highly !

Having never contemplated attending an art class before I was encouraged by my friend Lil to go to Antonija's class.Previously I drew at kindergarten level with lots of amusement from my children.Now after 5 fun classes with Antonija showing me the way with interesting techniques, I am actually drawing with enjoyment and my family think it's amazing as well.It is also a great chill out, drawing and listening to beautiful music. Life becomes still and relaxing.Merridy.

Your understanding and method of teaching students of all ages of modern, contemporary, classical and drawing is exceptional. She is a brilliant tutor and supports my choices as I explore what might be my style…portraits, botanicals, abstract, oils, acrylics pencil or charcoal..and now branching into calligraphy.
