Appalling customer service. Very disappointed...My wife and daughter went into the store to purchase new tubes and tyres for my daughter's bike on 11 January.When installing them, I noticed that one of the two tyres had much more wear than the other. (Being brand new tyres, there should be zero wear!)Upon going into the store today to swap the worn one out, the attendant insisted that the tyre was new! He proceeded to scoff loudly and dismiss my issue, even going to far as to say that if he was installing it on his daughter's bike, he would just do so because he would know that its just cosmetic, inferring multiple times that I was being petty.A quick look at the pictures will enable any reasonable person to come to the conclusion that the one tyre does not look like the other.He eventually agreed to give me a credit and, since they had no new stock, has committed to calling me when (genuinely) new stock arrives. (Although, this credit remains outstanding some 8 hours later!) To add insult to our collective community, he stated that he would be placing the returned tyre BACK ON THE SHELF FOR SALE! This is absolutely unethical and, in my opinion, should not be condoned.We are very disappointed with the terrible service and, post getting the swap-out, cannot see ourselves returning to that store (with whom I have previously spent hundreds of dollars).

Fantastic team at this shop. The salesman was able to identify the specific part of my SIDI shoes I’ve been trying to replace immediately, and showed me a partner company who could service me even quicker even though they wouldn’t make anything off the small sale. Great staff; and I will absolutely be back for my next purchases.

The team are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and expertise. After crashing my bike and needing a report for insurance, I was seen immediately and provided a comprehensive assessment of the damage. Such fantastic service.

Always excellent service by the team at 99 Bikes Indooroopilly, both the sales & servicing teams are very helpful & very knowledgeable about everything bikes. They even give existing customers free tune-ups for their kids bikes. I will definitely be returning to 99 Bikes Indooroopilly for my next bike purchase.

After a previous poor experience at another 99 Bikes location I was absolutely stunned how professional, friendly and engaging the team at 99 Bikes Indooroopilly wereThey took the time to listen to me and my son, show us our options and answered any questions which we had.When it came to explaining the features the bike had, the attendant happily included my son and explained things to him rather than speaking at him.There was no pressure from the attendant to buy a bike out of my price range which was refreshing.The store is large and clean with plenty of friendly staff available and there is ample parking out the front for customers.Next time I need something bike related for myself or my son, I know where I'll be headed.

I was out of town for a week and received a notice of a really good sale ending before my return. I purchased two items on line (click and collect). I received two texts (when each item arrived and was ready for collection). I collected both items, easy as, complete in a couple of minutes. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size helmet, called the shop and they swapped it out immediately for me. Great system, great service and great customer service.Thank you,Stu

5 stars to Sam the bike mechanic who help my wife and I with her new bike. Handlebars just went right and he sorted us right out. He stated he was going to get it perfect and that he did! When booking, ask for Sam.
