Woolworths has good specials and a wide range of quality foods at reasonable prices. The food is fresh and you won’t find out-of-date products on shelves as you might in other grocery stores. I prefer to shop there.

Best place for call centre staff and customer service

Woolworths staff at the Mascot Online Fulfilment Centre dump their rubbish all over the ground and around the Cooks river, polluting the waterway and killing wildlife. Some of the rubbish contain their customers’ sensitive information. I have masked out the sensitive information in black. The Woolworths managements in Mascot have ignored my requests to keep the area clean.

I'm one of the drivers there. The mascot dock is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Cramped spaces for trucks, one way on, SAME WAY OUT, all the trucks keeps clashing I to each other. And the docking bay?? Why put it so much further out? By doing that the trucks front end will stick out further. And the other side where the trucks are waiting??? That black fence there should be extended further out and towards the footpath. Absolute ridiculous set up whoever developed that dock in the first place is a complete FOOL. Would give NO STARS to that dock, not even half a star. Absolutely HATED that dock. One of the WORSE docks I've ever been to.

Fantastically friendly work community and supportive upper management, for newbies to the industry and apparently workplace veterans alike. Clearly designed floor layout, easily accessible employee services, and streamline processing of both truck and stock refilling. First impressions are high. Will rate again after some time spent here more.

Not good or smart unfortunately and when you make a complaint or give detailed feedback you are ignored.What's the point of your customers raising serious concerns over your service and multiple teams in your company ignores them?My concerns were that during the chat session where I was making the complaint, I was already logged in but your service agent wanted me to type out all my personal details again... Felt like you have scammers phishing for customers info... All I was asking was when is my order arriving because it's overdue and I have to get to work???I'll be avoiding your delivery. Including the fact the fresh fruit and veggies are never top quality!

The image shown here is old, the offices and building is now catering for social distancing with the 1.5m stickers, perspex desk dividers, sanitisers everywhere. They really try to give some normality to the office during this CoVid-19 era. There is also full-time nurse stationed as part if the welcoming committee, very friendly. With all the help and concern staff give to the public, sometimes we forget to breath ourselves and our employers are aware of this most part and give us timeout.Working during an epidemic at times can be stressful, going outside while all are locked safely indoors can be scary. We are cared for.

The warehouse is small, nice and tidy. The kitchen has: fruits for free, coffee, sugar air conditioner and bathroom are around the kitchen.

Shocking deliveries,missing items,orders dumped at the front entry,driver's wouldn't deliver to first floor apartment.Missing items every order,refund process not happened.Salads,fresh food terrible had to throw it out.Never again.
