One of the lady were very rude. I urgently need to fly out on Tuesday and needed a suitcases. A lady refuse to serve me and said it infront of my face, which wasn’t very nice. “Oh I am not going to serve her, I am going on my lunch” rude much. Learn your manners

I am a regular shopper at strandbsgs. I buy a lot of Guess Items and many more. I was at the Albany Strandbags outlet yesterday and picked up a bag worth $49.99. The sales lady says I had loyalty and whether I want to use it. I asked her how much is my loyalty amount and she said it’s above $50 but not sure as the system doesn’t show it. I believed her and bought the bag which costed $49.99. However, something in me didn’t feel right. My mind kept telling how come she didn’t know the exact amount if she could tell me that the loyalty amount was more than $50. She also didn’t tell me whether the gift voucher would expire or not.Only later I found out the total value of the loyalty and also expiry date. Guess what ? The total loyalty value I had was $95 and it would expire on the same day. Why didn’t she inform me correctly?This is definitely not the right behaviour and attitude of a sales person. I hope the management sees this and take appropriate action so that she doesn’t repeat the sane thing with other loyalCustomers.Served by :VD2018 at 04:38pm on 16/03/2022 and Ronnie is her name.Next day I went back to the shop to seek explanation and she was even more rude. I asked for the manager and she turned out be one. How could someone in her position act in such a rude manner to a customer and that also a very loyal one. In fact she said she didn’t care even if I made a complaint.

they stock most of the big brands, with a decent range for each. and .. they always seem to have a sale going on, at comparable prices (with online prices). quite well stocked too, for most of the luggage.

I needed a suitcase urgently and contacted customer service to request a priority despatch as I live remotely. . Received an email advising that the product had been prioritised and would be sent in the next day. Great customer service, good products and pricing. We’ll done Strand Bags

When purchasing the service was nothing special, when I went to return my bag as the zips all failed within a couple of weeks I found out the service was terrible.Will certainly not be going back. Low quality goods with dodgy sales tactics

Great place to buy bags. They offer a loyalty program with 30% discount coupon which i think is great.

Everything was average service until I had to pay for my purchase. The girl didn’t understand when I spelled my name, I tried to indicate which letter I was referring to in her keyboard when she pushed my hand away in a very rude way. This person has no manners at all, very disrespectful behavior. She said it was because of covid, I don’t care why she did it! It is not my problem she wasn’t able to understand the different ways in which I tried to explain to her what letter of the alphabet I was referring to. She has to learn manners before working in retail.

Customer service was good. But beware of the things they give you for free.I bought a backpack and luggage and the sales lady gave me a free Guess travel cosmetic purse. I opened it after 2 months as I didn't have a specific use for it till now. It has a very noticeable crease. So rude of you to give your customers damaged free items.
