Worst experience - pedicure was rough. Lady kept pushing and tapping my feet into the water. Nail polish bumpy, not put on properly. Had to take it off when I got home and repaint myself. Considering it was $45 very very angry and disappointed.

Pedicure was okay quite mediocre. SNS manicure was terrible. Chipped and cracked on every nail after 4 days. I have had SNS for over 10 years and went to this salon as I was short on time. The team were lovely but unfortunately have to find somewhere to fix the poor work.

Clean and tidy place but worst pedicure I've had. 1hr 15min for a pedicure. I appreciate the level of detail however the service and experience was well below average. 40 mins to tidy nails, 10 second scrub on each foot (didn't actually scrub, just put it on my feet then washed it off), 10 second foot tickle (?) (not a rub or massage at all, there was literally no pressure whatsoever) then washed the cream straight off, then another 30 mins to paint my toes. Didn't talk, incredibly slow, fumbled and dropped the brush and other products, didn't clean under nails and the edges of my nails are rough as so I'll have to try file them smooth myself. Didn't want to complain and make the young girl uncomfortable. Staff should be experienced if you're going to charge normal full prices..

This was my first time coming to this place and I had shellac done on my nails. They had a very nice selection of colours, both for shellac and SNS. The lady who did my nails was very friendly and made sure that I liked my colour and shape, and she did a third coat when I asked. When filing down my nails with the drill, she was a little harsh and burnt my nail bed on a few fingers but probably didn’t notice as I didn’t say anything, so I don’t blame her for that. I love my nails and I really hope they last as long as they do at other salons I’ve been to.

Have held off making a bad review just in case was a once off bad experience, however, after having my nails done several times, I won’t be returning.First visit I mentioned my acrylic nail was lifting. No care taken when they were using the drill, and nail completely broke off making the drill take a chunk out of my finger which was very painful and took weeks to heal.Acrylic lifts within a week or two every time I have them done. Last visit I had to return the same afternoon as I realised there were gaps between nail and acrylic. As I had my sons wedding that weekend (not in Adelaide) I wanted to be sure they would not come off as I wouldn’t be able to get them fixed. I was assured they were all good. All they did was file the underneath nail down. The night prior to wedding, one nail came off and one on the other hand was very loose. This was 48 hours after having my nails done. As I couldn’t get them fixed, had to wear bandaids to cover and keep other nail on. Not a good look and not a happy person!The staff never talk to you. They talk to each other in their foreign language. Very rude!

I had a spa pedicure, with “traditional” nail polish. I highly recommend Metro Nail and beauty, they are professional, on time and great service.

I've had SNS here twice now. Both times it was really nice. Clean place, nice quick service.

I CAN NOT PRAISE ENOUGH. I get my nails done every 3-4 weeks here and I trust no one else. The skill for the designs they do is amazing. Love all the girls there so friendly and nice. Would recommend

Fee was not transparent. I chose $45 signature pedicure and has confirmed with the staff that this was the price for shellac, but ended up paid extra $5 for old shellac removal , and extra $10 for adding shellac colour. It’s the most expensive pedicure I have ever had. Won’t go back again
