I want to let people know that I ordered a Gin and Tonic lime Tart.The Tart was packed in a beautiful box and had a lime reduced syrup on the side in a container. It had reduction lime Slices on the Tart. I apologise for not taking photos. It was the best Lime tart I have ever consumed. Jana is a true professional and her eye for detail is extraordinary for someone just starting out in this business. Please do yourselves a favour and give her ago. Keik by Jana exceptional value and superior quality. Can't wait to order more goodies.
