Cloud 9 Dry Cleaning & Laundry

I feel for the owner as he is lovely but when he's not around the old lady is extremely rude and arrogant towards customers. Would never recommend their business sadly because of her.

I went in last week to drop of a doona to be dry cleaned. I could see a lady near the dryer so I waited a few mins then rang the bell...No response She then proceeded to start vacuuming so I waited until she had finished. I looked over no acknowledgement so rang the bell again still nothing, I waited another min then rang again at which time she came over and very aggressively said it does not matter how many times you ring that bell I will not come any quicker. I was so shocked at her rude and aggressive behaviour that I actually said are you seriously talking to me like that again she repeated the same thing I explained how I had waited and genuinely did not think she could here me, apparently she did, If she was busy and heard the bell she could of at least acknowledge me. I was going to leave the doona there, then decided no this is not how anyone deserves to be treated so I asked if she was the owner she said no my boyfriend is and your more than welcome to ring him very smugly....If indeed her partner is the owner I hope he sees this and perhaps talks to her about customer service, I personally will never go back or advise anyone else to if this is how your treat your paying clients.

I dropped off my gimp mask and cheekless leather pants to be cleaned. I went to pick them up and Larry said what gimp mask and cheekless leather pants? All while wearing a gimp mask and cheekless leather pants.

Extremely rude and obnoxious female there. Avoid.

Worst dry cleaner, have used them 3 times as I wanted to give them a chance, but each time it has been not ready in time, and not even that clean, and met with nothing but rudeness everytime.
