The staff are amazing. They helped me find the perfect engagement ring and made sure I got it on special order in time for my planed proposal.They have a good range of jewellery of all types and are more than willing to order in something if you need a different size. I always go to this store for my special occasion presents.

Bought a ladies watch here in January, it has never worked and loses time daily. Paid $200. Took it back and was told to “wind it everyday???”. Very unsatisfied.

Amazing service from Fil, great to see someone so happy to be at work on a Saturday. Not pushy with sales but more then willing to help, search high and low to find something suitable. I live 45min away from TTP but will travel for amazing service from Fil. Her amazing service made me choose Zamels over all the other stores in the center.

Put something on laybuy and went to cancel it due to lack of funds. Was told no refund of my laybuy afterwards. Not before I even put my money down for it.Poor service and lack of communication.
