Terrible, don’t waste your time or money. Was left laying on table 3 times while they attended something else, swapped “masseuse” half way through, didn’t work any problem areas I addressed and they cut my session short.

Honestly, not great. Weirdest massage experience I ever had. Lady left twice, they’re shouting to each other over the massage so couldn’t relax. I asked her one of the times she came back if I were getting charged for the time she was out of the room. She couldn’t understand me so called her boss and I had to speak with them in the middle of my session. She also left her phone not on silent, so as the message dings went off, she would check her phone with one hand. In the end, somehow I still got much less than rhe 30 minutes, all very rushed, no care for the customer whatsoever. I’d paid for. By god, avoid , avoid , avoid!!

Poor experience. Asked for a neck & shoulders massage, got a full body. Charged an extra $2 for paying on card (both my partner and me each) and our sessions definitely weren't the full half hour. I'd say 20-25mins at best. Massage was ok but just felt very rushed. Wouldn't recommend.

Really lovely staff and nice massage. However my 60 min massage was only 50 min and they charged me an extra $3 for the 'card fee'. This practice is illegal now as it can only be a percentage of the total.

Worst massage I've ever had. Left me laying on the table in the middle of the massage while they left the room to do something else twice. They have no idea of how to massage, my 2 yr old does a better job.

Great job by Anna getting rid of all my knots and aches. I had turned up to a neighbouring massage therapist with an appointment, however they were closed (despite being advertised as open), and Magic Therapy was very accommodating in fitting me in. Would definitely come again.
