I would like to say a huge thank you to the pharmacist yesterday, who went well and beyond to get my autoimmune suppressed husband who has Covid-19 his script filled. He rang around everyone to find it for my husband , and eventually was able to get his script filled and placed aside at another pharmacy for my daughter to collect and drop at our door for us! Not many places will do this for you. Thank you again, highly recommended this place !!!

Amazing staff !! Pharmacist went above and beyond to solve a problem that I had with my son’s prescription he made several phone calls with the doctor while it was absolutely busy but he had all the patience and didn’t give up . Thank you for the great service .

Two young men at the counter completely ignored me for about five minutes and when the next customer arrived the Asian looking young man greeted her first ignoring me completely. I walked away from him with some selected words which I take this opportunity to apologise to him. I will not use this discount chemist ever again but I will go to my local Endeavour Hills outlet as they are thorough professionals.

I wouldn't recommend going to this chemist. Sometimes when I go there is only like a couple other customers in the store but to get my prescription I have to wait sometimes fifteen to twenty minutes which is outrageously long. Also one time they gave me my medicine and I didn't check it till later on and it expired within a couple of months of the date which is unacceptable as it is quite expensive. I would recommend to go somewhere else.

This pharmacy has gone down hill since they took over form Nova. I've been coming to this chemist for over 20,yrs. The pharmists are very rude and unhelpful most of the time rare occasion theres one there who's nice. They seem to make a lot of mistakes with not only my meds but my elderly mother. Maybe we have just been spolit after getting well looked after by Greg and the ladies from Nova. All in all there usually well stocked up but prices are abit steep. Clean tidy store. Little tip if your planning a trip there pack a picnic lunch you'll need it there that slow

Can definitely feel the change of ownership. The service is appalling only one other person in the shop with 4 behind the counter and still having to wait 30 minutes for a script is a joke. Will drive the extra distance next time.

Best pharmacy and lovely, caring staff. Please don't blame them for longer wait times. They are always busy and given it's winter during a pandemic they are doing the best they can. They put themselves at risk for covid and flu exposure. Thank you to you all for helping a very sick customer this evening. I will contnue to come in because even if there is a wait, you give full attention when it is my turn - even when cab drivers fail me!!!
