Aaron and his team installed Solar for me in October (after waiting 2 months from initial installation date in July). 2 days after installation we had no hot water. I called my plumber who replaced some parts at a cost of $$ but still no hot water. Contacted Aaron who came out and the hot water system had be incorrectly connected to the Solar Board, he fixed it but I was left with the plumbers bill. I contacted Aaron again as the battery is only at 10% even though there is 32 kws a day coming in and only 6% kw going out. He said he would come out to look on 5/12/2022 but as far as I know didnt show. Sent a message asking if he came out but no reply.

Installation of solar system - on time and very professional

Booked in a time and they did not bother to phone that they were not coming. When phoned to see where they were, they notified us they were not coming at all. Very unprofessional.
