My children and I have been entirely overwhelmed by the support and kindness offered to us in a horrible time of turmoil, following the need for us to relocate from Townsville after the floods. The extent that this fantastic organisation has gone to in ensuring that we have received not only practical support, but also personal enrichment in welcoming us into the community is outstanding! Mildly helpful in area i was seeking but staff are pleasant and nice you can get free food hampers, amongst other assistance there is also a thrift shop area and what looked like varied and helpful indigenous support.

Very disappointed in my experience here. Heard the manger Sharon talking about other staff, she was taking in a very racist and derogatory manner. was shocking given she is meant to be helping people. Talking with the old man that works there he was also quite rude and grumpy.

Personally know a couple of the staff here. Always 100% so kind and friendly and helpful, and the staff i dont know personally aswell
