Best local hot yoga studio! Inspiring instructors who connect and challenge you. Amazing engaging and relatable community. A business who listens to its members' feedback and is always trying to innovate.I love the variety of classes and instructors. I've been a member for over 2 years and I go at least 3-4 times a week because I love so much. Hot yoga has improved my life in ways I have never imagined. Great for the body, mind and soul!!!

Almost a month at PEAK practicing hot yoga. Been to a few other studios but have chosen PEAK because the Instructors are very professional and patient with students. I like the small class size. The heat made me sweat and it has helped to detox my body. Highly recommended.
