Fist impression was disorganised, very layed back. Would not give me an end date or a firm price. My job has been sitting there for 3 weeks. Every call I was told it will be ready next week. Not happy Jan!!

After 2 months and $990.00, I am not happy at all with the final product. My honest opinion is that this was price gorging. This Carleton Upholstery outfit is along James Str in Toowoomba. Waiting that long and paying that much for a chair where screws in the wood are visible. The wood was not well done, still showing the ageing cracks. The chair itself would not cost even $300 if it was new.

Had two armchairs done by the team here. Delivered at competitive price, and executed to a high standard. Im very pleased. If on a tight schedule I would recommend asking for a rough time frame, I was not given one initially but was delivered promptly when I enquired about them.
