Found out staff were blatantly lying to me, terrible planning department and sounds like no one talks to each other! 8 weeks and multiple calls later, my garage door that was damaged on installation (that gliderol installed) remains unrepaired.They show willingness to repair when you call, however forget about you as soon as you hang up. In the past 8 weeks I've spoken to a different person EVERY TIME i've called. No one seems to know what's going on and keep putting you on hold or passing you on to another rep - who then needs to be brought up to speed with my situation all over again! So frustrating.Last week I was told that a replacement panel had already been ordered and was well on its way. On a recent phone call their staff found out that the panel had only been ordered a week ago - likely after my previous phone call. Very disappointed having been lied to...and the saga continues without an outcome...

Absolute train wreck of a company. Sorry to say, have been dealing with this company for well over a year. Myself and my partner have been messed around. Lack of communication on multiple accounts. Straight up unprofessional company. I would never be this harsh on a company usually. But I’m just dumbfounded with this group. I would not even give a star if I could.

Had 3 Gliderol roller doors installed about 3 years ago. All three door key cover plates broke. None of them were forcedAfter a little mucking around they sent me three new replacements

Been dealing with an issue for a year and a couple of months for an unsafe unprofessional unfinished garage door.lack of communication and so many different trades had been sent by them and they confirmed the absolute failure and unprofessional fitting has been done, however they delivered the message and again it’s under the table and few days later another phone call with someone has no clue about what is going on.Door width not as quotedFront panel unfinished and doesn’t match the description on quote.The door track inside is a hazard.Totally unhappy with this service.What a company!!

Awful 'service' No customer skills whatsoever. Tony is extremely rude and laughed at me on the phone because I simply asked why he hadn't rung back. Then he facetiously asked me if I needed a call every day and laughed again. Needless to sayI told him in no uncertain terms to get lost!

Poor phone service, Don't have the time of day to listen to enquiry. I was talked over and told to just watch the How to Videos" or Read the Manual.Explained I had already done that and needed to speak to someone. Abruptly told that there isn't technicians on site and can only book a technician to come out. Told would receive a phone call day of booking.Booked a technician to come out and have a look at the issue. Only to not receive a phone call the day of servicing. Rang back

We have been using Gliderol for many years for all my builds and will be using them in the future. Happy customer.Andy (DP Properties)
