I would like to publicly thank Alistair, Will and Ben from Smooth Water Plumbing for their help today. Not only were they able to replace my toilet very quickly (after I smashed it accidentally) the job was done very well, and they were absolutely lovely to deal with (they didn't even make me feel embarrassed about my faux pas). Definitely in my speed dial list for all my plumbing needs.

Totally impressed with the competence and level of service from this plumber. Had a blocked pipe and team was here in less than an hour. Alastair was efficient, fast, thorough and skilled and went out of the way to clear out the root cause. It was a difficult job as the sewer inspection point opening was below some stairs which was hard to remove but nothing stopped them! Very reasonable pricing too! So so happy that I now have a reliable plumber that I can count on. No doubt I will be recommending him to all my friends.

Al from Smooth Water Plumbing was the most professional tradesperson I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He ran an incredibly tight ship, came in on budget and went above and beyond at every angle on this large job.Smooth Water Plumbing redirected all of our storm water which came in from the property behind us when it rained down an more effective path. They installed ag lines and replaced damaged storm water pipe. He also managed the removal and relaying of our driveway which took a huge amount of concrete.Al and his team were incredibly considerate and to top it all off, Al high pressure water hosed and cleaned everything. He totally didn't need to do this but it left the place way cleaner than it was before he and his team even started the job.He also got rid of our old water heater and put a new one in.I'm so grateful and will recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work.If Google would let me give 6 stars I would.

I rang Alastair at 3pm today because I had no hot water, and he had the cause of the problem diagnosed with parts ordered by 4pm, telling me he would be at my place by 6 or 7 (because he was busy). He arrived at 6.10, had the job done by 6.30 and I had hot water by 7.45. All at a fare price.It’s hard to find a good tradesperson you can rely on however I will definitely be keeping his number.

Simply the best plumbers!! I contacted Alastair quite late last Friday night after reading positive Google reviews as our gas line was suddenly damaged and needed complete replacement throughout the house leaving us without gas or hot water. Not only was he happy to come straight over, he didn't hesitate to jump under the house, diagnose the issues and give us an idea of the best way forward. He then left and provided a quote less than an hour later as well as an indication of when he could complete the job. Alastair and his team conducted the repairs quickly, professionally and with a great deal of care. This is a company that I would recommend to anyone who is after a knowledgeable plumber who turns up on time and delivers what he promises. Nice work guys!

Update:I've used Alistair's services at least 6 times since my original post, including a recent renewal of all of my non-pressure pipework (huge job). He has always done a great job and been upfront and honest in every respect. I cannot recommend more highly.Original Post in 2017:Alistair visited my residence to water jet and CCTV my sewer line which had root ingress causing blockage. He was very proficient with the use of the water jetter and was even able to extract some broken tile which had somehow made its way in the line.I found him to be very personable and you can tell he values his customers. Based on the above I would definitely recommend Alistair to friends/ family.

I cannot sing smooth Water Plumbing enough praise.They were on time, clean, upfront pricing with no hidden costs. Cleaned up all the mess they made and actually left my property cleaner than it was when they arrived.I cannot reccomend smooth Water Plumbing enough!!

GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL, my taps were installed with pinpoint accuracy. I found all there staff very helpful and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended
