JT Surf Elizabeth

I just wana say the elizabeth staff are the best!Firstly, a young lad helped me narrow down my selection on a suprise skate board for my neice. Then the 1 i liked had a small chip in it, an the girl at the counter who served me advised that was the last one in stock, gawler also had one, but i said na i dont want to go to gawler an she took $10 off it an wrote it on the reciept that it had a chip in it in case my neice doesnt like the one i got! (Im 99.9% sure she will tho!) Even though the store was busy I liked that they actually took the time an didnt try to hurry things up! I havent had service like that for a very long time from a retail shop! Well done JT Surf Elizabeth!

Thank you Maddie for the outstanding customer service you provided. Highly recommended. The store is well stocked and easy to navigate around. Returning items is made a lot easier because we signed up to JT Membership and all our receipts were saved on the computer.

The staff at all there stores are fabulous. They are so friendly and welcoming to the shop they have good sales and the place is always clean and tidy

Very disappointed with the lack of service today , my husband and I walk around the store twice clearly looking for something and four of the staff totally ignored us not even so much as a Hi " or look of acknowledgment. We even grabbed an item next to one of them

Amazing store, large and clean with a heap of stock. The staff here are awesome, friendly and welcoming, upbeat and made the experience fantastic for my family.I haven't been on a skateboard in 20 years and my kids are just taking up an interest in learning, but despite my lack of knowledge and getting the names of products slightly wrong I was made to feel welcome and given good advice.Highly recommend the store, we will be back for sure. Thanks to everyone who helped us today, sorry I didn't get your names, but i will next time we stop in.

The assistant manager was extremely helpful, the store lay out looks amazing. Great sales, saved heaps of money. Absolutely stoked
