Great customer service and good price for the quality, tastes fresh and nice for a basic pork roll.

Sadly, this shop doesn’t have any shallots or daikon radish available. The coriander is roughly chopped to make it easier to eat. The use of both butter and mayo is interesting, most places use either one or the other. Average roll for a reasonable price. If it they would ditch the lettuce and added shallot and daikon, it would bring the score up to 3.5 or 4.The shop is well staffed. There was one person taking orders and operating the register, with two other staff assembling the rolls. Rolls came wrapped in cling wrap , which helps keep everything together.

Killer Pies, one of the best I've had in Sydney to be honest

Bahn Mi was horrible. Just tasted bland, and meats were a bit thick and dry. Definitely wouldn’t be coming back here for it. The beef and cheese pie was decent. Nice amount of cheese in the pie. And wasn’t too expensive. Would come back again for the pie.

The wholemeal and sour dough are super fresh and tasty. Everything here is made great quality. Friendly and attentive service. Small chocolate cake is a favourite too.

After politely waiting for the shop assistant to show up and a transaction with another customer before me being completed, I met with abrupt What would you like?" as if she was saying "What do you want?" Her irritation was palpable. Then this woman put my purchase in a paper bag and left it on the counter far away from me and walked away. She did not bother to hand it to me. I had to reach and grab it myself when the shop became unattended and deserted again. I am not totally sure what I have done but I felt totally unwelcome. Maybe my crime was that I was there while they were closing (around 3pm Saturday). Still the shop should either provide a decent service if it is open or properly closed

These guys are gods when it comes to Vanilla Slices. I have had hundreds of vanilla slices from probably 50 + bakeries and this is the best vanilla slice I have had. They nail the flavour to sweetness to icing to soft biscuit ratio.If they can make the slice this giod, I'm betting their entire bakery range is just as good

The lady served another customer first despite seeing I was next in line. I ordered a steak and mushroom pie and was over charged at $4.50 despite the sign showing $4. The pie was cold and mediocre. Overall I had a bad experience and also think the pie wasn't great. Judging by some other comments, it looks like the owner or servers do not have much business sense and lack customer service skills. Never going back there again.

Worst chicken bahn mi rolls . Miserly and slow. Never again to this place .
