We moved into this brand new apartment four years ago. Roof leaking was found and reported but didn't get properly fixed by the builder till Ivy was called in to have a look. Roofers are an absolute nightmare to deal with. I've wasted around 2 years looking for and dealing with roofing companies, where a majority have been an absolute disappointment. I've even had another highly rated company on google forget to generate a quote for me. I'm convinced a lot of the highly rated companies have fake reviews. But not these guys. I've read a few of the reviews about Ivy, and my experience has been in line with what other people have experienced. There were some hiccups along the way (mostly my fault), but Michael answered and sorted it out for me. They can get quite busy, so have a little patience. Their operations is also quite large i believe, so don't expect the same level of attention you'd get from a smaller company/team. But ultimately they want to address your roofing concerns and do the job properly for you.If you're in the north western parts of Sydney, don't look anywhere else. Go straight to these guys. I've filtered out the rubbish for you.

Roof inspections can be tricky, especially when the weather's not on your side. My first appointment had to be rescheduled due to rain, but the team was quick to follow up and kept me in the loop. Ivy Roofing were professional from the first call to the job getting done. They turned up when they said they would and on the day got the job done quickly and without fuss. They shared photos of the finished job so you can see what’s been done and even fixed up a loose capping structure they notice while up there. After being ghosted by another roofing company it was really nice to deal with a professional team.

After going through three different roofers and guttering services over the past ten years, we FINALLY have found the right ones. IVY ROOFERS and project manager John helped us when we needed it most - in the huge storms of Feb/March when our ceiling leak got unstoppable. They came and did emergency repairs IN THE RAIN that worked and stuck. They were so professional and friendly, reasonable and the work so well done, we had them come back to do a complete installation of one of our roofs, including skylights, additional skylights and guttering. I believe this my incident is isolated but one of the builders/workers lied on the quote on what will be fixed and maintained.I tried calling them multiple times to understand why my ceiling will not be painted and roof will not be sarked despite mentioning it’s importance several times.They haven’t called me back or replied back to me. I have gotten my mate to give them a call to get a quote to fix my mate’s roof and prevent storms and the response was very quick.Im wondering if it is because of the colour of my skin, our accent when they spoke with us that made them distant. Be wary if you can’t communicate English well as they may take advantage of what will be “included” in the quote to fix your property.

Ivy was the only company that had the decency to respond to my cry for help during the extended rainy period in 2022. I was kept informed at all times as to what work was required and when it would be carried out. The work was completed to my entire satisfaction, and I have no hesitation in recommending this company. All staff were friendly and easy to deal with and the work was completed in a very professional manner.
