The Mathieson Construction team constructed a free standing patio at my home in Footscray. Kieran had valuable suggestions for how the patio should be designed. It looks great and fits in well with the home as it is painted the same colour. The team kept the work site clean. Kieran's pricing was transparent. Kieren and his team were fantastic to work with on our cosmetic reno, to demo part of our stairs and build a new wall, and also fit out a loft extension off one of our bedrooms.He was well organised to meet a tight timeframe and flexible to work in with other trades. His communication was excellent with regular updates and consultation on decision points.The job itself was a little tricky to get a clean line around the stairs, and Kieren was able to suggest a solid plan using his building skills and a little ingenuity to achieve a very clean line.He also cleaned up well after the job and confirmed we were happy before demobilising.
