Thomas Dry Cleaners provide excellent dry cleaning services.I had two jackets and a Shirt, dry cleaned with them. All the items were ready to be picked up in a week.They are on Victoria St and finding parking might be difficult.The service was friendly, and once the items were ready, I got a text on my phone.

I had my wedding dress cleaned here and it still looks beautiful today. Very reasonably priced. I think it’s the best dry cleaners in Mackay.

Can't stop and won't stop going to these guys! The way they make you feel so valued is truly something that doesn't come 'round often these days. Whether I'm just getting a shirt pressed short notice or trying to get my dog's vomit out of our duvet (TMI sorry), there is no job too difficult for Toomas and I really do appreciate that small business' like these still exist.

After having a fabulous time traipsing around farm paddocks in red-soiled Kingaroy, the bottom 15cm of my wedding dress was a little worse for wear. The ladies at Tooma's Dry Cleaners went above and beyond -soaking, scrubbing and re-soaking and re-scrubbing to restore my wedding dress to it's ivory glory. Thank you!

The worst service I have ever received. When the staff member handed me back my wedding dress that they had for 5 weeks, she looked at it and said I'm sorry I don't think it's actually been clean ed". It was still black at the bottom. The lady /manager told me it had been done and she had washed it 3 times with her expensive stuff.Clearly mad and upset I told her I was not accepting my dress back still black and after paying $180 to have it cleaned. She then told me another bride is going to be unhappy with her dress too as she couldn't get the stains out of it. After going on our honeymoon and returning after another month I phoned to see if my dress was ready. I went in and picked it up and the dress was a lot better however not 100%. I understand some stains especially on a wedding dress can be hard to get 100% clean but I was very upset especially after waiting 1 month and then to be told.... " you can always take that layer out of the dress " omg was she serious....After now talking to a few people and a bridal shop they told me NEVER to take your stuff there. Wish I had know what I know now. Ladies I highly recommend you take your wedding dress and clothes elsewhere. Rude service. I could not believe she even tried to give me back a filthy dress. What an embarrassment for her. Just money hungry and Cleary have no respect for their customers. TAKE YOUR CLOTHES ELSEWHERE"

I visit this business regularly because I am a very careless woman, and without fail Toomas Dry Cleaners has handed my dresses back quickly, professionally, in a pristine condition and for a very reasonable price. There is no stain too tough for them, and I have really challenged that over the years. Will return after next accident. Thank you Toomas!!
