What an amazing store. Visiting Vic and stopped in. Largest store in Aus inside the old grand central hotel. Massive, incredible selection. Whisky I haven't seen in other Dans stores or online. Staff were friendly and knowlageable. Stop in even if it's just for a look.

Absolutely worst service. Charged me $600 and 2 weeks later haven't picked or sent wine. I can't cancel nor can I get to talk to anyone as the live chat drops out before I get to the front of the queue. Taking your money and simply not delivering nor communicating is wrong and against the law. The fact that there is no way to cancel online is appalling. Will not use again.

The staff enclosed themselves in the store before the time mentioned in maps, and leave the store at the time mentioned in maps. Sneaky guys, did not even opened once in knock the door. I guess they are claiming the pay until the time the store should close.

Dan Murphy's has every type of alcohol you could possibly want and I wanted Brown Brothers Ultra Low Prosecco and they had it and I got 6 bottles, though note label changed to read zero alcohol. Staff member very helpful. Dan Murphy's introduced a drive-thru few years ago and yes good idea, but what I wanted would not have been available in drive through. I do love the facade of Dan Murphy's and I remember pre Dan's it used to be a classic red brick pub!
