I absolutely LOVE this shop..so much so that I ended up with 2 blue jugs from there for my birthday from 2 different family members. I had an extremely helpful staff member help me with some ideas and ended up with a result better than I could have ever expected. Knowledgeable, helpful staff work here and they really go out of their way to help.. thanks so much Early Settler Rockhampton!!!

Customer service was not welcoming at all today I was there to buy a $400. mirror. No one on the door letting ppl know if they have reached 16 ppl. I walked in I was using the sanitizer while several other ppl walked around me to come in. As that was happening a young girl was walking towards me clapping her hands rudely saying we are at more the 16 ppl you will have to leave. Definitely will not be back I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

When I came in originally to buy my furniture there was a very upset man in the store completely annoyed with the staff, but I still ordered my stuff, what a mistake that was, rudest staff, worst “store policies” ever.
