About Therapy
Unfortunately we had a very challenging experience there due to one psychologist who has since let her license lapse when we reported her rather than take the necessary steps required to review the situation. While she has now left and can no longer practice in NSW I feel that there could have been some better procedures in place with regards to monitoring of psychologists.I was told that due to privacy this doesn’t happen but I believe feedback forms and more opportunities for communication would have avoided our situation.
