We recently sold our property through Ben Southwell and the team at CH. They were absolutely fantastic... knowledgeable, well connected, pro-active and transparent throughout the entire process. They were always available and were on the phone to us multiple times every day getting everything organised .... the staging, listing and marketing materials looked sensational and we sold our apartment for a top price within days of going to market. Cannot recommend them highly enough... Ben is brilliant at every aspect of his job, but also a genuine person with honesty and integrity - not something you always associate with this industry!
