I've been getting my haircut here almost since the time they opened at Emerald Hills. I bring my 2 sons too, they are always very patient with the kids and nothing is too much to ask. It is our 'go to' barber.

not gonna complain about the whole shop because the place is nice, but the barber in the back left cut my nephews hair today and did the complete opposite of what he asked for and for some reason “attempted” to try give him a taper fade when he didn’t even ask for one and butchered his hair. Somehow he went to the barber, asked for the haircut he wanted and the barber just did whatever he wanted. He will never cheat on his proper barber and settle for a walk in because he was desperate again.

Wouldn’t go here purely because employees are regularly smoking cigarettes and vaping out the front which is a walk way in a shopping complex that has other shops around and frequented by a lot of people including babies and children. It’s 2023 we all know the smoking laws by now. Stop being righteous.

Just had my haircut done there not that friendly and welcome environment at all and the barber who cut my hair wasn't communicating at all and he charged me $39.5 while infront of eyes same haircut got charged $37.5This will be my first and last time here even I'm local and 3 mins away from themBut wouldn't recommend my friends and familyOverly priced for just for a haircut which wad done within 10 minutesAnd discrimination on price as wellHope this shop won't last foreverRegards

Very disappointed. I came in today wanting a tidy up. I asked to take a little bit off the top and shave the sides. Barber showed me how much he was going to take off and I confirmed. I was left with hardly any hair left on my head. Before the cut my hair would go below my chin and now it’s above my eyebrows. 6 months of growing started again because of one unprofessional barber. Do not recommend this place. Not the first time it’s happened but this time is definitely the worst.
