absolutely horrendous service and total arrogance from staff members on the phone. they are of NO HELP at all. one staff member tells you one thing another says that's not possible. if i gave service like that in my previous jobs i would have been fired !

I generally don't write a review but have to write this one because while I was going through the citizenship pdf it said no place for racist and treat everyone equallySo during my visit the reception guy(bald) didn't behaved properly .May be he was not in a good mood but .I guess he was there to help people but didn't even bother to respond when asked somethingI think he definitely need to go through the pdf of citizenship section where it says no place of racist and treat everyone equally .I hope someone who can take action is reading my review.Except for him all other people Inside the office were very nice

I came for my Australian citizenship test a little nervous because such a responsible day and couldn’t imagine that receptionist in the city can be so unprofessional and rude that I didn’t have a wish to stay there if not my Australian citizenship test.

The only phone call I had to make in regards to my citizenship interview went through very quickly and the lady over the phone was lovely and helpful.

They don't answer calls. Calling from Australia hold time is on average 2 hours and calling from overseas hold time is 4 hours. Sad to see my tax dollars go to lazy people. These people should be ashamed of themselves. What a disgrace! Can't wait for a change of government. Maybe then things will change.

Leaving my first ever google review to say that the service here was incredible! Was told to budget two hours from start to finish for my citizenship interview and was in and out in 20 min. Everyone at the office was pleasant and helpful, and Andrea in particular was an absolute ray of sunshine.
