Staff member I dealt with was not helpful/didn’t seem to understand how exchanges work even when I had a receipt. Extremely confusing transaction and ended up having to pay $8 extra for the product I was exchanging… better training please

They have adult headache tablets but they don't sell them for kids headache tablets (smaller capsules) . They referred us to a chemist.

One of the best pharmacies in Sydney. In terms of products, medicines and services this place makes every one at ease. The customers are treated with kindness and respect and the staff is very polite and patient answering to all of your queries. Mr Hancock, the pharmacist has done an excellent job with this pharmacy.

I live on the other side of Sydney to Bondi Junction and have been searching for Ozempic diabetic medication for some months. I took the opportunity to enquire at Stewart Hancock's Priceline Pharmacy in Bondi Junction Mall for the product while visiting a mate. I couldn't believe it when Stewart said that he had one in stock and that he would hold it for me until I could organise an updated script from my doctor. That was sorted today and true to his word he kept it for me. I will probably never have the opportunity to return to Stewart's Pharmacy, but I really wanted to let the good people of Bondi Junction know what a gem they have in the Priceline Pharmacy in the Mall and how much I appreciated Stewart's concern, courtesy and professionalism.
