Eirawen Day Spa

Is this a scam?? Eirawen day spa is horribly unethical. I called in on March 18th to book a couple massage. It was confirmed and they took 50% of the amount for the deposit. We came here today at 11 am and realized the store is permanently close?? No one from their end called or send us any text to inform us at all. Such a bad experience and you should be ashamed of your way treating your customers

I was there with my Sister in law for her birthday treat. And a treat it was. The girls were lovely and extremely professional. The atmosphere was very relaxing and soothing and the treatments were fantastic, we both left feeling very relaxed and calm.Thank you for aively experience ladies.

This was a treat for myself while the family were all off skiing and it was definately worth it. The welcoming ritual of tea and foot soak followed by a foot massage before my booked massage was a lovely treat. Amber and other staff were professional at all times and massage was perfect. Communication before, during and after massage was also very professional. Will be back next time in town. Thank you.

Eirawen Day Spa has a great online booking system which made it very easy to book an appointment. Their service range is excellent and services are done professionally. Definitely recommend and will be back next time we visit Jindabyne!

It has been a couple of months since I was at the Spa, and the memories of the day haven't escaped my mind! Brooke and the girls were incredible, the services they provided for a bridal party went above and beyond! They were very accomodating and arranged everything! They were able to give each member of the party their own style of massage, facial and even supplied morning high tea! It was truly special and can highly recommend these girls for any occasion, even if it is to spoil yourself! I can't wait to come back! Thanks again ladies! 10/10!

Amazing! I booked in with my sister in-law for a spa day and they far exceeded my expectations. Brooke has done an amazing job creating a beautiful space and is so easy to get along with. Her and her team provide a wonderful and quality service. Thank you! I can’t wait to come back again!

The girls at Eirawen Day Spa made me feel amazing. I got the massage and facial special and added a mani/ pedi. I felt like a whole new woman once it was complete. The price of the treatments were well priced and overall the experience was great. Would do again.

I had a facial today with Brooke. She really went the extra mile to make it the most calm and relaxing experience. When I arrived I was given a foot soak in warm peppermint water and a gorgeous little dessert accompanied by a herbal tea. I haven't seen that before but it really was special. The products felt beautiful on my skin and to top it off the table/bed was heated before I laid on it. I cannot recommend Eirawen Day Spa enough. Thankyou Brooke for putting in all the personal touches that made it such a lovely experience. See you tomorrow before I go home for another (I'm sure) beautiful facial. I will definitely be making bookings on my next holiday xx.

Last minute decision to get a massage on a rainy day. Venue is really clean and inviting; the rooms are very calming. Kate was amazing and I can't believe how much I needed the massage and how great I feel now. Thanks so much.Reasonable prices and if I wasn't traveling through, I'd be back for sure!
