I had accidentally dropped my Lenovo laptop damaged the housing case, including the connection for the power cord. Not being able to connect the power cord seemed to indicate having to buy a new laptop (most computer technicians will not pull a computer apart to actually repair a part).Michelle came to the rescue. She was fantastic! She pulled the housing apart, built support for the internal power connector & glued it all together. It is now stronger than the original!I highly recommend Cyberlink Computers for all computer & laptop repairs. Professional & pleasant & willing to go the extra mile. So glad I found a local computer technician, and one that even travels. My first job was backing up a removed SSD and Hard Drive, this required specialized work because of the type of SSD. Michelle went above and beyond the call of duty and performed a stellar job of backing up the drives. Next job was repairing the blue screen of a laptop which turned out to be RAM and the keyboard. Michelle does a fantastic job and is always communicating what's happening with the job. I'm sure it comes from years of experience in computers. I feel much more comfortable now knowing I have a highly competent computer technician available.
