My bike had a broken spoke. He wanted to sell me a completely new rear wheel for $300. Another store replaced the spoke for $25. This bike mechanic is the worst I have ever met.

Tom, the owner, couldn’t do enough to help me out of a jam. I needed a new bottom bracket, after a good crash.Even though he was obviously busy he slotted me in and fitted it the same afternoon.Fantastic service, a great range of bikes, spares and I’m always pleased to support an LBS.
