I recently got a lash lift here and my lashes are ruined! My lashes were permed from the root, at severe angles, backwards, so they’re pretty much stuck stuck to my eyelids. It’s very uncomfortable. Out of desperation, I went to another salon and forked out another $20 to get the “lift” reversed. It hasn’t helped much. I’ve since been told that the perming solution should only ever be left on for 7min...mine was left for half an hour. I now have no option but to wait until they fall out in 2 months time. I wish I never did it.

As a new customer I had my eyebrows, and manicure and pedicure, and I was pleasantly surprised with great customer service , from Cindy, her husband and her friend who also works there. The quality of work was also good, the place felt clean and well looked after, and I look forward of returning there.

OMG had the best day yesterday with Cindy & Jack, almost 5 hours. So got waxing all, pedicure & shellac, repair, gell overlay & shellac polish, eyelash & brow tint & some lovely lash extentions. They both were amazing & treated me in a very friendly & caring way & lots of laughs. I never normally treat me or have the time but loved the way I felt pampered. I left so happy & feeling great ready for our vacation & looking forward to the next time I go back to Bliss, thank you

I find them on Groupon!I got an eyelash lift & a pedicure! It was my first time getting the eyelash lift, I was nervous but she did an awesome job! Cindy and her team are super nice! I was comfortable and felt looked after. Very fast, efficient and honest.

Made a booking to get our nails done and when we turned up she said we didn’t have a booking. she booked us in on the wrong day and was extremely rude!

I’ve been to visit this salon twice now. The first experience was a bad one. I had gel nails and felt the technician was not skilled with the tools she was using because she hurt me several times. It has been several months and I thought I would give her a second chance unfortunately today’s experience was just as bad as the first. I had the same technician, asked for shellac and she seemed to struggle the same with her tools and had messy workmanship. I had to file my own nails after leaving the salon and it was another painful experience.

Had such a lovely experience here today, had a spa pedicure, lash tint and lift, brow wax and brow tint and I am beyond happy, my brows especially - she did a great job.Cindy and her husband are so lovely, and Cindy made sure I was comfortable and happy at all times. Such a lovely salon, so glad I found it and I'll be back now for all my treatments! Thank you again xxxx
