I couldn't rate kanwal dental highly enough Mark and Kim were very profesional and attentive in making sure I was relaxed during the procedure and all staff are friendly and polite.

Had an 08:00 Monday morning appointment cancelled at 16:30 on a Friday. They sent a text message requesting a response to confirm the appointment sent at 14:30 Friday afternoon, a follow up call at 15:30, both of which weren't seen until after 16:30 due to work commitments. It's a wholly unreasonable approach which offered not opportunity for response from a reasonable working person. Had it been a day earlier, no problem, but two hours prior to closing, during working hours, is wholly insufficient and poor customer service of the highest order.

Brooke, Mark and all the staff I've dealt with at this dentist are phenomenal. I've had really terrible experiences at the dentist and they made my treatment such a breeze. I feel so at ease in returning for further treatment. Initially I had to reschedule a few times and the staff on reception were so accommodating and kind. Thank you so much!

Could not recommend this practice more. The dentist was able to actually tell me what I needed to get my teeth back on track. And all the staff went above and beyond to keep my baby girl happy during my appointment.

Very thankful to have come across this practice. The team all have been so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Given I am terrified of dentists, I was dreading going and openly expressed that. They have made me so comfortable in my last two sessions I feel much more confident each time I have gone. Thank you to the lovely team for being so terrific, I cannot wait to have beautiful teeth thanks to this practice.

I visited the practice yesterday.The service by Brooke, Hannah and Cher were second to none.I always have anxiety when visiting the dentist but all three ladies were extremely welcoming, friendly and informative.The dentist took her time with the clean and investigation and eleviated a lot of my worries.All in all I would recommend this dentist to my friends and family and am grateful for the lovely experience.
