It's said that cross country skiing is more physically beneficial than swimming, cycling, running or caneoing and now, with Rollerskiing Downunder you can cross country ski right here in Perth on wheels.I came to Hannes after doing this sport leisurely for a few years. He helped to improve my technique pretty quickly, with a perfect eye on what I was doing incorrectly and how I was holding my body in the correct shape. Sometimes he also used tracking technology to assist him in his coaching.If you really like it, you might be lucky enough to purchase ski equipment from Hannes and go on your own on the psp bike paths around Perth. There are 100s of kms of paths.When borders open, you can also translate this to cross country skiing on snow -- I've done this over east and in Europe, and while the transition isn't perfect it is as smooth as it'll get.

I recommend everyone to join this activity no matter how much you have experience of skiing. You can have a good time to do Roller ski seeing a nice view. Roller skiing in Perth made me realize to do it not only in the mountain but also seeing the ocean or river water. It was a great notice.
