Very impressed with our room. Surprisingly had housekeeping freshen up the room on a 2 night stay. Made for a great time visiting family

Burnett Riverside Hotel
Posting on behalf of a friend. The receptionist Alison went above and beyond in her assistance when a treasured personal item which had been left behind (an Akubra hat) was brought to him at the airport. He cannot speak highly enough about this hotel, which was very comfortable and well set out for work.

Burnett Riverside Hotel
A cozy and comfortable little hotel. Excellent and friendly service all round. We checked in late but they kept the kitchen open. Delicious food!!! A perfect dinner. Tracey was an excellent host. Highly recommended.

I found our stay to be very nice, staff are friendly the rooms were clean and tidy and nicely presented, I would definitely stay again.

Burnett Riverside Hotel
I am posting this at 1:43am as have very noisy neighbours. Contacted reception earlier and unsure if they attended to quiet the party down or if it was another occupier nearby who approached with same issue. Tried contacting reception again but now dials busy constantly, off the hook. To add to this, the constant opening and closing of a door to an external area and the smoking wafting in through the A/C. This place looked nice on face value and close to eateries but how wrong I was. To add to this the trains go all night. Would not stay here again.

Burnett Riverside Hotel
We are a large group of motorcyclists, (45) who booked into the Burnett Riverside Hotel for 2 days over Easter 2023, we were booked into a local Pub for dinner on Good Friday, unfortunately they were closed, leaving 45 “hangry” bikers with nowhere to eat, Shae and her team went above and beyond to organise food & drinks for us, excellent service.The rooms are great, comfy beds, very spacious & well appointed, the location beside the river has great views.

Burnett Riverside Hotel
I had a blood stain on my bed. I ask to change the sheets. Sheets were place on the bed almost with the words maker it yourself. After contacting the receptionist I was told that I have to make the bed myself. I get a better service from a 3 star motel.
