Pearl Nails

Extremely rude staff.I wanted white shellac with chrome pearl colour on top of it, they didn't apply the chrome topping at all ! After telling them there is an issue and there no difference between the one with chrome and the one without it, they told me you have eye sight issue and while was yelling at me, the owner said we only can remove it! And still was insisting that it been applied!!! You can see it in the images.

The staff are so lovely and have consistently done a great job on my nails (I get shellac) - would recommend!!

My usual nail salon couldn't fit me in so I took a chance on this place. Never again! I was really looking forward to having a relaxing pedicure. Instead I got a very quick 20 minute uncomfortable pedicure costing $60. The next day both my big toe nails were sore and rough. I've had to file them myself. Neither of the 2 staff I dealt with were friendly. I would rather hit my toes with a hammer before going back there. Absolutely disgusting! Avoid at all cost.

- Staff was so rude and hostile no greeting, shoving the eftpos machine in my face after it was done with no bye - it was clear they didn't value quality any customer service or quality service in general- Didn't ask me basic questions like what shape I wanted my nails (didn't even do it right when I told them)- Overcharged for a simple gel nail manicure- worst nail salon branch in entire Hills Shire area.

Worst nail experience ever. A friend of mine and I tried the Pearl nails at Kellyville North Village for a girls day out, first time pampering since covid hit last year. They lopped off a chunk of my length into a square when I prefer squoval, without even asking if I wanted them cut - which I didnt, rendering my nails much shorter when the intent with sns was to protect the length without tips. It had taken me weeks to get to that point. I was furious. When trying to communicate to the lady doing it she muttered behind a mask and spoke a foreign language to her friends and was stroppy with us for the rest of the visit. My friend had several bleeding cuticles because they used the rough file head on raw natural nails - Never seen that before! For the top coat they brought uv lights and told us to put our nails in, they had apparently put gel top coats because it’s shinier???? Never seen that and its not needed with SNS. I avoid the up light to protect my hands from aging prematurely and getting age spots. A week later the top coat had pealed off, I have a weird white residue on the cuticle edges of the nail beds and my sns was cracked every where and chipping as shellac does. I’ve NEVER had this happen in the more than 100 times I’ve had SNS elsewhere. Awful experience, made me scared to get my nails done again... obviously will never go back there. A little friendliness, respect and care for your clients goes a long way. Disgusting.

Although that I kept trying to give this place a chance but they proved in every single time that they are the worst.Today I left with terrible eyebrows and little scissors cut under it.Not professional not qualified.

My recent experience of having SNS removed was one of the worst customer service encounters I have ever had. I was instructed to sit with my hands in a bowl full of acetone with no instructions on what to do (later on this same solution has damaged the skin and nail around my fingers). The lady who did my nails was also in such a foul mood (muttering under her breath, annoyed I had no kept my hand in the solution the way they wanted and that I was requesting the SNS to be removed as I could see there were bits that hadn't come off) which made it a really uncomfortable and miserable encounter.The lady who owns the place also appears extremely kind when you enter the store with her mood changing instantly after you have taken a seat into one that is rude, curt and extremely dismissive of your needs. I would not recommend this place to anyone (is a shame since I used to go here before and have seen such a steady decline in how they treat their customers). Please see photos of the effect of their solution on your skin (despite washing with soap and water). There are plenty of other great salons in the area that I would recommend would be a better use of time/quality.

Read the reviews before going however since it was the only place both close by and open at that time, I decided to give it a try. Turns out, they do drill into your cuticle sometimes (I would wince but the lady kept going). I got a pedicure and normal for my toes, which was done by two ladies and took almost an hour and a half. No moisturizer applied.I also got my manicure shellac done, and only two days in, it’s already started to peel off. Poor quality service, please please don’t bother going here. Trust these reviews, don’t make the same mistake I did.Pic 2 - three days after getting my manicure shellac done, I went back to get two finger nails re-done. When filing, she took it too close to my skin and made it bleed. They are so careless!!Soon after I came home, I realized that the shellac of another nail was coming off.Basically, just don’t go here !
