Lovely tea, But the tea bags/or more particularly the attachment of the string is a continuing disaster. Not one string fails to separate from the bag. Driving me insane. Tie a knot in it or something, use a staple/ fix it or I will change brands.. Copy your competition

I buy their English Breakfast tea from my local supermarket in north-east Thailand. It took me a while to appreciate a different taste but now I am 'sold' and drink it every day. Delicious flavour and so refreshing in our very hot weather.

I love Madura tea. As a Lipton tea drinker from birth I made the transition a few years ago and never went back. Unfortunately myexperience with the last box of organic English breakfast has had strings that come away from the bag. I love that these are completely biodegradable but it seems to be a problem that needs recifying to save our fingers.

Best tea I've ever had ,I use lose leaf tea and I love it but I bought tea bags recently and without doubt the tea bags are the worst thing ever tea greatbbags are rubbish every one in 100 pack strings broke and most of the bags disintegrate when hot water added
