Came here last time it was good so we decided to come back. But this time is totally disaster. We order fried buff momos and it was too burnt and taste bitter. Other jhol momos was overcooked and too sticky. Laping is way dissapointed. No laping at all and taste disgusting. Chaat was 5/10. The chef should try themselve what they cook before serving customers coz customers not just come there to get free food. They paid for that. Never comeback.

The outside area is nice and relaxing environment, the food so far (third time there) has been great, I do like the curries and rice. The service has been good. I have been there when not so busy qnd there are only 3 or 4 waitresses/cooks so I can understand that some patrons might have complained. It would be very hard to manage if it was full. The prices are a little bit high for the portions offered. Once again I know the government and price hikes are driving everyone to increase prices or reduce rations. But that being said the food has been good and the staff are friendly hard workers.

One of the worst customer service and food recently. Had been a regular customer and very sad to see Mulchowk degrading its quality. Undercooked and overcooked food, always inconsistent with the food l, once of the filthiest surrounding so dirty, unwelcoming customer service. As a local, it is disheartening to see things so bad here recently.Would really appreciate if things can change with some good customer service and consistency in quality

we had Jhol momo which was not so good. chow mein was okay. overall 1/5 but we went 3 people so each decided to give 1 point for chow mein. very uninterested flavour on the jhol.

I ordered mixed Chowmein, jhol momo, chicken sausage, lassi, shapale and buff jhol momo. The achar was too good. I would taste lapsi which is rare. I really loved everything. The service was quick and the staffs were friendly.

I had the best experience I could have imagined. I made a reservation for my boyfriend who was in Nepal and I was in Australia and I wanted to make a dinner invitation and Mr. Sajay Shrestha went above and beyond and I am very thankful to him! My boyfriend loved the food and the service. I am very grateful for the help and would recommend the restaurant to everyone!

I visited the restaurant with my friends for dinner. I was surprised by the interior and outlook of the restaurant, as i have never seen a restaurant in Sydney so far that has open view concept which gives you a refereshing vibes as compared to the other restaurants that has monotonous enclosed environment. We ordered jhol momo, chowmein and many other dished which were visually eye pleasing and tasty. The momos had a juicy rich flavour of the all the mixed ingredients. We could taste every ingredients and their freshness. I must say soup of the momo was the highlight like cherry on top. Soup complimented with momo very well, which is rarely seen. And to talk about chowmein, they were awesome.. no soggy, no oily but with thin noodles which i rarely see in other places.. had a little smoky flavour which gives natural tingly flavour that makes chowmein even better. The customer service is on another level, the staff were really nice, they looked after us very nicely, and asked for the amount of spiceness which we would like our food to be, which was very sweet of them. They even offered to replaced the food which we don’t like but that was not needed, as all the foods were really good.The owner was very nice, she even asked for suggestions and room for improvement on foods. She made us feel like home. Overall, i felt like i was back home having great time with friends with great food. Thank you for such a lovely experience, will come back again and again

The food was good. Not great but good. Definitely better than few Nepali restaurants I’ve visited before. Price was fairly okay as well.However, the ambience of the restaurant was not as good. I think the owner need to work a bit on presentation as well. I’m sure if they can focus on smaller details and work on it, the restaurant can attract lots of Nepalese as well as international customers.
