I’d lost track of an online order, and customer service was really helpful. They contacted their freight partners on my behalf for the status, then called me right back with an update. Thank so much for your help!

The ride on Mower has only done 82 hours since being brought new by myself, asked about warranty after the Spindle shaft blew itself apart, the mower is 4 years old, warranty is only good for two years, mentioned again it has only done 20 hours a year since new , asked if they could do anything , even offered to buy the parts through MTD, was told too go and buy from the shop at retail prices, spoke with the manager and was told the same, i dont think its good enough and would not buy a product again nor should anybody else if thats there support or looking after customer sUPDATEWas asked to call and speak to customer service with my concerns??Spoke with reception and was told it would be elevated??Recieved a call from Shane in Warranty asking about my call?? Explained that i was asked to call them he had no idea what was going on.Explained my disappointment in the orginal outcome and my offer to buy parts and being told to go to my local shop?Again nothing offered/explained/ or any intetest in offering help or investigating the cause, asked to speak to a Manager and was told with a laugh that would be the CEO Luke who turns out was the orginal guy who told me to go and buy from a shop.Gives you a great insight into this business and its handling of Warranty/Customer isses or handling of such. AGAIN AVOID AT ALL COSTS .

I own a yard man. It’s a few years old and is the worst mower I’ve ever used. It won’t start and is about to break. Can’t find parts and made with heaps of plastic. Don’t buy anything from MTD.

It has a good work environment, good management, and friendly employees.

I would like to know who to blame for me had to wait 3 weeks or more for a ride on mower Blade ,our local mower dealer blame you people to be slack and not delivering the parts, any feedback ? From you people.
