Both James and Stuart were punctual, providing notification by text prior to arrival. They were extremely professional and personable, completing a fantastic job on our windows both inside and out. Payment was also easy and we are booked in for a regular 6 month clean. Our windows have never been so squeaky clean.

James and his team did an excellent job cleaning windows inside and out. Nothing was too much trouble. It was the first time we used them and I will certainly be getting them back next time.

James cleaned all the windows inside and outside. Removed all the cobwebs off the window frames . Removed all the fly screens and reinstalled them . I noticed he was very mindful of how he went about cleaning, especially when he was on the inside.He wore a pair of indoor shoes and used a big towel in case of any spills. He used minimal water, so there were no spills. All window furnishings and furniture were put back as he found them . The windows were spotlessly clean.With the pressure cleaning he scrubbed the concrete and then high pressured cleaned the concrete.James quoted for both the Window Cleaning & Pressure Cleaning, which was reasonable and competitively priced.He did what he said he would do, as per the quote.He also checked that I was happy with the job at the end and that everything had met my expectation, which he did.I have no hesitation in recommending Diamond Valley Window Cleaning and will use his services again.
