Quality Hotel Parklake Shepparton

Nice rooms, Pool is lovely but not heated. I had thought being an indoor pool it would be warm - it is definitely not. There is also a spa and steam room that were nice. Across the road from a large playground for children and a lovely restaurant downstairs. Nice hotel and will stay again.

Highly recommended establishment and restaurant.I highly rate the integrity of staff and cannot compliment this establishment enough regarding their customer service offering.Abby at Reception was exceptionally helpful in resolving our issue. I was very pleased with how she managed the situation.As a matter of fact, I was slightly embarrassed by a very polite and totally unexpected resolution.Thank you Abby and staff for your exceptional service and making our stay a positive one.

I really love this place. I am so happy I chose this place. Very clean, comfortable bed. The cleaner she’s from Papua she’s the best. Very kind and humble. I recommend this place. I will come back to this place when ever I come to Sheperton. Thank you so much for serving us and make our stay very relaxing.
