I have experienced continuous chest pain for about a year and decided that I had to approach a physiotherapist to resolve this issue. Upon looking at the credentials of numerous physiotherapists, it was clear that Eugene stood out from the rest. He is very professional, attentive, knowledgable, and genuinely cares about effectively treating anything related to body movement and function.I noticed very positive results from his exercise programme and treatment generally, and would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a competent and approachable physiotherapist.

Eugene is by far the best physio I have been to. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen, understand and talk through your injury in detail. He has been phenomenal at assessing my progression and tailoring the recovery plan to fit my physical ability. I've noticed significant improvement in my chronic injury since going to Eugene and I would highly recommend x10 Physio without reservation!

I had right groin and hip pain for 5 weeks went to see my GP then refered to physio. After the x ray screening Eugene planed an exercise program to strength my hip and leg muscles.He really listened and observed your progress. He is experience and we modified the exercise every follow up session according to my progress. After 4 sessions in 2 weeks I feel much better now.I'm very happy of my recovering progress.

Used to be a professional dancer but still taught as a hobby. After I had my bub, I started feeling pain from what turned out to be a dessicated bulging disc. My neurosurgeon referred me to X10 Physio to work through a program and hopefully avoid going down the surgery route.Eugene has been great! Very attentive and informative with his treatments. I had to stop teaching dance for a while but I've been back to a couple of classes now. Seeing Eugene has helped me become more conscious of the muscles I use and my movements. I'm also enjoying the exercises in my program!
