Fishtales on the Lake is a true, indulgent experience, everyone should shout themselves! It can be fun, or peaceful, adventurous or private. Premium lake position, without the busy tourists. It is a little piece of paradise!!

A wonderful location, perhaps the best on Smiths Lake staying in a modern, absolutely the cleanest accommodation you'll ever find with ALL facilities provided for a relaxing getaway. Additionally the hosts could not be any friendlier and helpful to make the stay even better.

This is a fantastic spot. One of the best places we have stayed. The only thing is, just about any other accommodation will be a let down after you have stayed here! There is nothing quite like it.

The photos of this property are very accurate but they just can't convey the feeling" of FishTales. Pefect location. beautiful decor. quality fittings and absolutely everything you could need at your fingertips. Add in two very welcoming hosts who happily provide local knowledge and you'll feel relaxed in no time.We ate most of our meals on the huge back deck looking the lake

Beautiful tranquil picturesque setting with five star Fishtales right on the lake's edge looking across the lake all the way to Sandbar and the Pacific Ocean.

This is a top location for a few days (or more!) away from it all. Beautiful nor'east views of sunrise on the lake, and close to some superb beaches and national parks. Steve and Kaz really look after you; Fully equipped kitchen, all the mod-cons inside and kayak/SUP at your disposal.Thanks again!

Simply stunning, peaceful, a truly relaxing indulgence! Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to stay in and enjoy the views of the lake from the couch/dining table/outdoor bar/lounge chairs/bed! Lots of little touches like Netflix, Foxtel, kayak+life jackets, TVs the deck and bedroom. To top it off, Steve and Kaz are really lovely hosts who don’t intrude but are always ready to answer any questions. We loved our 2 nights here and definitely recommend it!
