Customer service given to me was poor. Not willing to alter my suit because it was too much work. The asian lady had an uninviting mood this morning. I defs felt ignored. Maybe it wasn't her day or I was there at the wrong time couldn't figure it out but I'm not spending my money here in the future. I went to Alter It shop" to get help for my suit on 2nd level which was more inviting and customer service was willing to help."

Walked in last minute as I had been away on business in Sydney for a few days needing a hemming for pants for my mother’s funeral tomorrow , the lady who served me ( didn’t get her name ) was professional, efficient and with out hesitation advised me my pants would be ready in 30 minutes , I also asked if I paid extra if she would iron them for me as I don’t own an iron , she refused to take extra money for the ironing and when I picked up my pants 30 minutes later the were hemmed up and ironed to perfection, many thanks and I won’t hesitate to recommend this business too anyone , six stars from me .
