Dave did a brilliant job building a computer for us. Excellent service, and we got exactly what we needed. We've brought generic computers from other places before and have always been disappointed down the track as they haven't been sufficient for what we need, so it was refreshing to get it custom made, and to go with such a reliable, knowledgeable person as Dave. We were really struggling to integrate our many devices. David visited our home and sorted everything quickly and efficiently. It’s good to have someone we can trust for help and advice.

I went to David to build a new computer. I had actually visited another place before him, and it really was night and day how he treated me vs. how the other guy had. He walked me through all the steps, had a full engaged discussion with me of my desired features and the options, built no less than three separate quotes to let me choose what I wanted best, he even briefly closed shop to help me get it in my dinky little car. I will be going back there whenever I need something with my computer, for absolute certain.The only things to keep in mind is that, this is a one-man business. As a result, the hours in-office are short - only 10 to 4, monday to friday - and there's only one guy on staff, so like I said, he had to close up shop just to help me get it in the car. But the result of that is that you're getting the best guy in the store on every job you need - and the best guy in the store is one of the best guys on the blue mountains at the absolute least.

I would recommend DPM Computers without hesitation. I went to David for the first time yesterday and was treated like a long-term, valued customer. David was unstinting with his advice, prompt with his service, patient with an owner who is not particularly skilled, and charged more generously than was appropriate. I will certainly continue to seek his extremely competent and efficient service.
