From the moment I stepped through the door I felt a sense of calm. Skye and Josh were so warm and welcoming with a refreshing iced tea on hand and an invitation to take seat and discuss my wellness goals upon arriving. Skye was a wealth of knowledge and quite easily got down to what treatment would suit me best on my recovery journey. The dry float was absolutely perfect for me on the day where I lost all sense of time and emerged feeling a sense of clarity and calm. I've been in a float tank before but I have to say the dry float is next level. It embraces you - warm and snuggly. I felt completely relaxed, warm and safe to let go. As a paramedic, I'm confident this will be a tool that I will use again.I was shown all the treatment rooms and discussed the benefits of each. Skye and Jost were so informative but not in a pushy way, and not just about there space but about other aspects of health and wellness. They are obviously very passionate about what they do and the beautiful space that they have created. All the very best to both of you and look forward to seeing you again soon.

I was fortunate to do the complete package. Red light therapy, infra-red sauna and dry float therapy. I feel amazingly refreshed, cleansed and relaxed afterwards. I will definitely be treating myself again when I travel to Warners bay.

What a wonderful experience the dry float was.From the first point of communication Skye & Josh were so helpful, easy to communicate with, warm & welcoming.The dry float experience was wonderful. For someone who is usually 100 miles an hour it was the perfect way to turn off for 45mins & just relax. And relaxed is exactly what i felt after, my body felt amazing & refreshed. The warm cozy feeling of the water around you just lets your muscles & body go into a full state of relaxation.I would highly recommend the dry float, and I will definitely be coming back soon. Oh my lord I found my heaven on earth! What an amazing place! Beautiful staff, immaculate presentation, state of the art equipment, a wealth of knowledge and fantastic prices. I almost want to keep this little gem a secret!
