Serenity Beauty & Foot Spa Essendon

I got my nails done and within a week whilst being on a cruise, they peeled and broke off. The pain was absolutely horrendous that I had to band aid 4 nails until I could have them removed. On return I went to the Puckle St salon to discuss the situation with the owner but was pushed aside. Since, I have spoken to other people that have had the same experience at the Mt Alexander Rd salon.Not to mention that the staff are plain rude.BEWARE !!!!!!!

If I can give them a big fat 0 I would!!!!! Got my nails done there and within a few days they started to break. 6 days later most of my nails were broken, went back to see what they can do to fix my nails (tried to call 2 days after I got them done but their number was disconnected) they said I have to pay!! I paid $145 now they want another $70 to fix the problem they caused in the first place!!!! Highly recommend you do not visit this place as you will be paying more than you do anywhere else and you’ll pay extra to fix your nails that were done wrong in the first place!! Disgraceful

Got toenails done in pink and they were wrecked after two days and when I went to get them fixed they wouldn’t do it for free after two days!! This is ridiculous greedy trying to make me pay half of the price for their mistake it was $145 dollars to begin with!! Never go to this place it is horrible

Superb relaxing, pampering of your hands and feet. The pedicure massaging, reclining, automatic lounge chairs are nice enough to suggest a visit to Serenity Beauty & Foot Spa for their use alone.The pampering provided by staff is excellent, so friendly, caring and keen to provide your every need.I visited with my wife and can see why she continuing to visit regularly. Not only do her nails look beautiful but the care provided by Serenity is second to none.The shop is fitted out with very nice decor and comfortable soundings. As mentioned the chairs are enough to fall asleep in.The owner Cindy is lovely and professional, remembers your name and provides a caring team of staff. I will certainly be coming back again.There is easy wheelchair access and many walk-in services provided including waxing, manicure, pedicure and foot massages.It seems this venue is becoming very popular so an appointment booking would be recommended.

First time visit at the Caroline Springs spa and I’ve had the best service ever! So professional, relaxing and the staff is lovely! They take their time and you get the OG pedicure massage with a hot towel!Definitely will come back!

I Have been going to this nail salon since it opened. Yesterday when I walked in there was no acknowledgment other then wash your hands and sit there pointing to a chair. Staff were really abrupt and did not look happy. Couldn’t believe how rude Tiana was after all these years. Kept me waiting for 20 minutes, which I understand can happen when busy, but no apology or just a simple sorry I’m running late or I’ll be with you soon. When she did start my nails, I did get a hello but no chatting at all, other than do you want your nails shorter and same colour. After my nails were completed I wasn’t asked if I would like to rebook as Tiana normally does. So unprofessional, and truely disappointed with the attitude of this salon. A little advice, if you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on the customer.

Love this place. Very professional and skilled nail technicians. Some of them are really good with Nail art as well.

Worst nail salon I've gone to. My nails were so thick as she dipped them in the powder so many times. My aunty who is a nail technician said she did it far too many times. The powder was uneven and my nails had lumps in them. All I got was simple French tips and it cost me $70. I normally pay $45. Absolutely horrible. Taking the nails off felt like soneone was cutting my fingers off. Never going back there again.
