Hair By Nicola - Bridal Hairstylist + Hairdresser

The lovely Nicola expertly and creatively did my bridal party hair, including the polished Grace Kelly bun I requested as well as my four bridesmaids, who all wanted different hair. She was amazing! Hair is a big deal on the day so I was thrilled.

From the hair trial to the actual wedding day, Nicola was a peaceful and competent influence. Nicola did my hair for my wedding (as well as 11 other people with an assistant) and she did an amazing job. Everyone loved their hair, she kept to the timeline to a T and overall is a friendly and bubbly person to have around on your wedding morning. Nicola is amazing with my blonde hair ,always gets the colour perfect including a toner.She gets the foils right to the roots which seems to make my regrowth last longer .The cut is always wonderful and she styles and straightens my hair so I leave feeling amazing.Nicola is warm ,friendly and caring and always listens and understands what style I’m going for .I would highly recommend her for all colour ,cut and style services .Thankyou Nicola

I'm so happy to have had Nicola doing my hair for my wedding day. Living interstate, she was really accommodating to fit my practice in the week of the wedding when we arrived in Queensland. I had the nicest, most relaxed morning getting ready with her and, without knowing, couldn't have chosen better! Nicola did my hair for my best friends wedding and when it came to my own special day I knew immediately I wanted her there. She actually wasn't available on my original date and then when COVID hit I chose to forego my deposit with another hairdresser to have her. I was so happy to have her available!Nicola is an incredibly talented hairdresser. I have thick, crazy, curly hair and she managed to not only tame it but have it hold on one of the most humid evenings you could think of. Trust me when I say if she can manage my mop she can do anyone!One thing I don't think people think of when choosing wedding suppliers is that you will be with your hairdresser and makeup artist for longer than you spend with many of your guests. Having Nicola there as a calm presence for me that morning will remain with me as such a special memory. She reminded me to breathe, remembered things we'd spoken about during the trial that even I'd forgotten and was so warm with my family.She is someone that truly cares and genuinely loves her work. It really shows. My only regret is that she can't do my hair everyday!!
