My mother has been getting laser for years and decided to try out lasethetics in Oran park because its close to home. Whilst getting laser on her legs, she asked the lady to turn down the heat as it was severely burning her. The lady replied and said 'it's normal, it needs to be this hot'. My mum kept trying to persist with the pain it was causing her until the lady finally decided to turn the heat down. Upon arriving home, my mum was stating she was in extreme pain and showed me her legs (i will attach photo in the comments). My mum went to the doctors and was given antibiotics and multiple creams to treat what has happened. She contacted the store again to advise them of what had been the result of the experience and was told by the owner Thats normal

My results with laser with these ladies has been nothing short of amazing. Professional, and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable from my very first session and I recommend Lasethetics to everyone looking at hair removal options. I had rather coarse hair, shaving up to 3 times per week and was surprised and very pleased with results. I have legs / brazilian and underarms treated. I'm now down to one session every 3 months and can't recommend highly enough.Just on an extra note, I viewed the photo from the negative review on here and just had to write that mine looked worse than that particular photo for my first few visits. Discomfort was about a 5/10. Used the recommended 'Laser Aid' to cool the skin and reduce redness, (which is to be expected) I now only have it applied immediately after treatment and feel nothing by evening. Couldn't be happier.
