Ordered a product online that I have had several times before. It was despatched quickly and arrived in perfect condition with text updates from the delivery driver so I could meet him at the goods lift. Such a comfortable chair and great service as always from Sit Back & Relax.

Just received the Herman Miller Embody chair. Excellent customer service at the shop. Great delivery from the driver giving ETA on the day and even brought the heavy chair in the box up to our apartment via the stairs. Well done guys at Sit Back & Relax! My home office was this tiny and cramped space tucked away in a corner. I invested on the Rapid Flux Electric Height Adjustable riser and the Caddie Mobile Bookcase to get myself as comfortable and organised as possible.Also, for maximum support and relief, purchased the Fursys T50 Air mesh chair. My sitting posture has improved!Contact Claire Hollis for her expertise and knowledge to help you set-up your dream home office!!! As an Interior Designer, I have purchased many office furniture from Sit Back & Relax for commercial office design and my clients have all gave their highest approval rating. 5 Stars!!!!!!

I recently bought 2 Herman Miller Aeron chairs and staff could not have been more helpful. Chairs are great and staff and helped me pack the chairs into my vehicle. Would highly recommend them and will be returning as a customer

I would love to leave a review of my new desk - except I didn't receive it! CouriersPlease, the courier service used by Sit Back & Relax ( and which cost me $60) told me it was delivered on Monday 14th- except CouriersPlease delivered it to the wrong apartment building and don't seem in any hurry to rectify the situation - dreadful service in my view!

Hi Owner, unfortunately your admin Kate still hasn't paid me refund since I first emailed her on 26th May2022 which was the date I received the delivery. The chair was Gregory petite missed sliding part which I found out myself and contacted you. kate picked up the phone. She agreed to refund me after multiple chase up for reply. The order is under xxxx10316.Yes, we received it on Feb 2023. It was a bit late but it eventually happened.

Early stages service was helpful. Just can't recommend a company in the furniture - ie larger, heavier items - business that doesn't partner to offer an end to end service - using a courier service that can't set choice of a particular delivery date/time, only want to deliver to ground floor - (it's an apartment building, I'm on the 7th!), no instruction manual with chair, no option to have chair delivered assembled or assemble on delivery for fee... So no end to end service. Hopefully the chair itself will be good.
